Over the years, I have had the privilege of watching Coach Jocely Gonzalez grow—not only as a coach, speaker, and consultant, but as someone who continues to discover the power of her gifts by sharing them with others.

Jocely often asks, “What is your love print?”—the unique impression you leave on the lives of others. That question says a lot about who she is and what matters to her.

With her background in neuroscience, coaching, speaking, and consulting, Jocely combines knowledge with heart, curiosity, compassion, and connection.

I have personally watched her work reach across the United States, Canada, and South America, connecting with different cultures, professions, and walks of life. Her audiences have ranged from business owners, community leaders, and politicians to martial arts professionals, parents, children, and troubled youth.

What impresses me most is her ability to connect with anyone. Jocely can sit across from a single mother raising her children and help her recognize her own strength, then step into a professional setting and challenge a hospital CEO to become a stronger, more intentional leader.

She sees the person before the title.

That is one of Jocely’s greatest qualities. She meets people where they are, asks meaningful questions, and helps bring out the best in them—whether that means becoming a better parent, leader, business owner, coach, or simply a better version of themselves.

I’ve also watched Jocely continue to invest in her own growth. She researches, listens, studies, and keeps learning. And she continues to step onto the stage with that signature smile, sharing a voice and style that are uniquely her own.

I often say, when you discover your gift, hone it, tone it, and share it. Jocely continues to do exactly that, understanding that we are all still under construction.

My endorsement of Jocely is personal because I’ve witnessed the journey, not just the presentation.

I respect her growth. I appreciate her heart. I trust her ability to connect with people, and I believe in her gift to bring out the best in others.

Jocely, keep growing, keep serving, and keep sharing that signature smile. Most importantly, keep leaving your love print wherever you go.

I’m proud to call you a fellow coach, trusted colleague, and friend.
